Royston (Roy) Tellis is an established actor based in New York and Toronto, working across theatre, film, and immersive performance. He is a scholarship trained Method actor from the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute, where his work focused on emotional truth, physical discipline, and character driven storytelling.

He holds an Honors degree in Creative Arts with a minor in Theatre from Indiana University and has continued advanced training in Toronto with LB Acting Studio, Alza Acting Studio, and Miriam Laurence. His background supports a range grounded in intensity, physicality, and psychological depth.

Royston recently performed in Stranger Things The Experience, produced by Netflix and MyCotoo, and has appeared in theatre productions, short films, and independent projects, including works screened at festivals such as the Chicago Film Festival.

With experience spanning stage, screen, and immersive formats, he is drawn to complex, physically demanding, and character centric roles. He is currently working at full capacity and remains focused on projects that require presence, transformation, and emotional precision.

Outside of acting, Royston is an avid chef and global traveler, having explored 23 countries, experiences that continue to inform his perspective and approach to storytelling.
